Sales & Growth Audit

Find out exactly where your revenue leaks and what to fix first. A 2-4 week audit of your funnel, conversion rates, sales cycle, messaging and tooling - returned as a prioritized 90-day roadmap, not a report that gathers dust.

Revenue plateaus have causes

When sales stall, most owners respond with more effort: more calls, more ads, a new hire. But a plateau is almost never an effort problem. It is a system problem - a message that stopped landing, a funnel stage that silently leaks, a process that only works when the owner runs it personally.

The audit treats your revenue like the machine it is. I take it apart, measure every stage, find the leaks and hand you a repair plan ordered by impact. One fixed scope, one fixed timeline, one usable outcome.

Who it is for

  • Businesses of 2-50 people with plateaued or founder-dependent revenue
  • Owners who were burned by an agency and want a plan before more spend
  • Companies that cannot yet afford a senior sales hire but need senior judgment
  • SMEs preparing to enter a new market and needing the engine checked first

What you get

  • Full funnel map: lead sources, stage-by-stage conversion, cycle length
  • Messaging and positioning review against your best-fit customers
  • Sales process and tooling assessment: CRM, automation, follow-up cadence
  • Pricing and offer structure sanity check
  • A prioritized 90-day roadmap: what to fix, in what order, and why

What fixing the system looks like

A €5M manufacturer repositioned: one product's yearly profit up 527%. An SME's suppliers renegotiated: total yearly costs down 7%. A client's raise supported: €2M secured. Same operator, same method - diagnose first, then fix the biggest leak.

FAQ

Sales audits, answered

Why is my sales pipeline dry?
Usually one of four reasons: your message describes your product instead of the buyer's problem, your outbound volume is too low or aimed at the wrong list, your follow-up leaks deals between stages, or all selling depends on one overloaded founder. An audit finds which of these is bleeding you and in what order to fix them - guessing at all four at once is how companies waste a year.
What does a sales process consultant actually do?
Maps your current funnel end to end - where leads come from, how they convert at each stage, how long deals take and where they die. Then rebuilds the weak links: messaging, qualification, follow-up cadence, CRM hygiene and tooling. The output of my audit is a prioritized 90-day roadmap, so you fix the highest-leverage leak first.
How is this different from hiring a sales trainer or agency?
Trainers improve how your people talk. Agencies run one channel and bill monthly. The audit looks at the whole revenue system - positioning, funnel, process, tools, team - and tells you exactly what to change and in what order. Because I have carried quota and built sales teams myself, the recommendations come from operating, not theory.
What happens after the audit?
You get the 90-day roadmap and you can run it yourself - it is written to be executable without me. Many clients ask me to stay and implement it as their Interim Growth Lead 1-3 days a week, but that is your call, made after you have seen the plan.
